We have new steak. As many of you know we had a steak that was more like a shredded beef. At a suggestion of some customers we changed it to steak bits. With this move we made some customers happy, but others unhappy. Because of that we decided to use only freshly grilled skirt steak for all of our menu items. We run this steak as a special (carne asada), but now we are turning that into our regular everyday steak.
